Yay, good idea, and I happen to have a little question.
We've been plotting the best way to bandage up dave (chest, neck, and arms) to be Bankai Ichigo. We don't think he'd be able to move/breath if we just used sports tape. But it's supposed to be skin-tight, so we don't really want to use a long strip of white cloth.
Any other ideas?

What kind of sports tape?

I know there are some kinds of cloth tape that can streach. You wouldn't have to streach it taut to put it on, and it would streach from there.

It comes in different colors, too.
I don't know if that would work or not, though.
Have you already looked at anything like that?

well, we were just thinking of the actual tape kind, with stickiness. Would this streachy kind hold up, and is it smooth? Because then I think it'd be perfect. I'll start searching...

You could always use batting material (Used in making quilts I believe).

The material resembles bandages once cut into strips and I am sure you could just sew them onto a shirt or something. Also, could use saftey pins or something else if you need to just wrap them.

I used this stuff for my Shika costume and it worked pretty well once I got it secured, IMO.

Just a thought.

The cloth tape should hold up. It's fairly durable.

It isn't smooth, definitly not shiny. It might look OK, though.
I remember finding it at Fleet Farm. It might be some sort of horse bandage tape.
